- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆When you walk in the sign says ALL CUSTOMERS PLEASE GO TO THE INFORMATION DESK. WHEN I WAITED AN GOT TO CLERK SHE DIRECTED ME TO THE EXPRESS LINE WHICH WAS LONGER THAN INFORMATION LINE. I don't even HAVE a color copier let alone one that could show all the details! Their solution is that I pay them $14 for THEM to make a copy! No way, I already paid for this official copy. It's a DMV so it's already going to mean hour long lines but their employee's are more careless then most.
