- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst customer service ever!!! Our contract says no interest however our first bill we recieve shows over $1000 in interest applied and our down payment missing...Called to find out why interest was applied, where our down payment was and get our true balance. The representative we spoke to would not let us ask one question without cutting us off. Instead she kept saying that's just how our billing works and your contract says no interest so it's fine.... how is it fine that you bill us interest every month? we are just supposed to trust our money is going to our account correctly? The manager then picked up the phone yelling over us and not letting us finish a sentence or answer our question. Worst experience with a purchase ever!!!!By Jessica Jones, January 23, 2017
