  One of the worst customer service experiences I've had! I work for the post office as a clerk and I would never treat my customers the way I was treated I went there to use the computer a couple months ago because it's a test site for something that I had to do and the lady behind the counter was just disrespectful towards me I guess because I had my postal uniform on. Her addittude was uncalled for but I let it slide because it had been a long day for me as well. Well a few weeks later I had a prepaid package to mail Off and the lady behind the counter smiled with an attitude when I handed her the packaged said would you like to buy any stamps? No clearly I would buy them where I work if it did.... I had my uniform on again she said well I have to ask ok well how come you didn't ask the lady in front of me if she wanted some? No you just wanted to show your disrespect! Well anyways me being an idiot I ordered a package and it was coming ups and I put the wrong address on it yes I know my fault we'll so I called this specific location today considering it's the closest one to my house asking what to do about it and the lady quickly in a rude way again just gave me a 1800 number to call something she could have fixed herself! Really??? Not to meantion how rude she was about it! I can tell from her voice it's the same lady that was there when I went to take the test on their computer. So I called the 1800 number and had it to set to where I could pick up the package thinking it would Be at this location and it also said they would call well then the tracking changed saying i agreed to pick it up at a certain time I never received a call so I called the rude people at this specific location again and all she kept doing was interrupting me and saying it would be available tomorrow when I never even gave her a tracking number to go by and I said well I agreed to pick it up today but the tracking updated saying I agreed to a specific time which I never did well she said ok well I'm going to Put you on a brief hold she never came back to the phone so I ended up talking to the very nice lady who could barely speak English who told Me if will Be available on college dr. Awful customer service!

  I came here in a panic to get some invitations printed out and Ms Amy the manager and Ms Carolyn an associate did their very best to accommodate me in the most professional and considerate manner they could. Not to mention they did an absolute wonderful job on making the copies of my invitations and I will definitely will be coming back for any shipping and printing needs!!

  I work for a major farming equipment manufacturer and have brought heavy packages to this store everyday. I have been taking our business to them for over a year and am treated like family! I am always greeted, instantly provided with help carrying packages and have have experienced excellent and professional treatment. I am very impressed with the owner who is always willing to take on any task and provide quick and efficient service as well as helpful tips. I will recommend this store to any and all who are in need of shipping services.

  Please, what ever you do, don't go there. This is the worst place to go to for anything. It's all about the money with them when it should also be about customer relations. What happened to the days when "customers are always right"? Some places of business lack simple respect and this place is at the top of that list. Most of the workers including the so called manager are incompetent. I'm not going to even try to narrate my experience with them, but I would say this, save yourself the heartache and go elsewhere.
