- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would give fewer stars but it isn't possible. I usually get good service and the staff is usually quite helpful, but Ryan was no help today, told me if I wanted a label I could go online and print it myself. I had never been on your computers ever. Other staff would have helped me, Not Ryan !!! Then, the printer didn't even print out my label properly, just jibberish. Ryan charges me for that also. I said I didn't get 2 copies, only 1. She tells me, we'll we didn't click the print button sir, you did, so you have to pay for the copy. I hope you are happy with your 49 cent copy Ryan. I ship packages every week for work and none of them will be from Betty's store from now on !!! Congratulations !!! I hope you get a raise for charging for that copy !!! Oh, and thanks for stapling my receipts together when I asked ! Not !!! I found another store in Smithfield that is a quarter of a mile closer to me and owned by someone else.
